• Languages:   Excellent English + Any south Indian Language (Kannada/Hindi/Tamil/Telegu)

• Salary:    10000- 35000/- + Incentives depends upon Experience.

01 Respond to customer enquiries in an inbound/outbound call center environment. Strive towards first call resolution.

   Support international customers through inbound & outbound processes. Provide support and assistance over the telephone in a prompt,

      Possess good knowledge of the organizations products and processes. Maintain TAT for all calls.
