Job Responsibilities :

 

1          Managing the delinquency of STPL portfolio for Bangalore.

2         Monitoring 0-180 DPD and Skip portfolio.

3         Monitoring  agencies and their productivity.

4         Handling a Team of field Executives with Team Leaders.

5         Responsible for agency efficiency.

6         Responsible for handling skip/transfer cases.

7         Monitoring of receipt books and deposition of receipts on time.

8         Handling reconciliation issues.

9         Interacting with Critical cases.

10      Liaison with Advocates for Legal Proceedings

11      Coordinating with RCU for the Skip and Fraud Customer by sharing the market information.

 

Max CTC 3-3.5 lacks/ Min experience 2 years
