Ability to speak extempore without too much of filler words.  Process:  Mass Dialing Lead Generation Campaigns for US/ Canada based clients Education Background: Graduate ( Training certification preferred) Previous Background/ Experience: Minimum 6-7 Years of  International BPO experience with Mandatory Out Bound B2B calling Experience at an agent level for US/ UK B2B outbound campaigns  Essential attitude/ skills: Flexible with Working hours and Shifts.  Efficient enough to Make Scripts, to train agents on One to One basis. Ability to develop, coach and monitor people in Out Bound call center environment based on multiple projects simultaneously. Absolutely a people’s person who enjoys guiding people and takes genuine pleasure in mentoring associates { this has to be demonstrated with references from previous projects/ assignments}  Nice to have skills: Ambitious, Self disciplined, Looking for a long term job security, accelerated career path and a dynamic job profile.
