Job Title: No of Positions: 25 Location: Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Surat, Rajkot
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (Team Leaders)
1. Sales Planning for achievement of primary and secondary sales target of the given sectors/verticals
2. Mapping of given sectors, Promotional activity, Presentation at enterprise level on day to day basis.
3. Maintaining coordination in between team for smother operation.
4. Tracking Competitor Activities for better market knowledge.
5. Daily planning should be done for better productivity
6. Resolution/ Escalations of operational issues
7. Managing churn
8. Maintain proper MIS to understand the market scenario accurately and implement strategies accordingly.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (Enterprise Sales Executive)
1. Execute business in major given verticals & institutional accounts
2. Promotional activities, presentations, etc and managing mapped verticals across the locations.
3. Sales & clients servicing
4. Keeping himself continuously updated about customer requirement and business environment.
5. Developing and strengthing relationship with the existing and newly acquired customers
6. Must be able to develop himself/herself to handle higher end sales.
7. Must follow-up on cold calls – meet with customers, identify their needs and provide proposals /quotes
8. The ideal candidate should be go-getter, confident, presentable and will to take up business challenges
Experience Required: 0 - 2 Years
Education Required: UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization PG - Any Post Graduation
