Maintain the Average CTC from 250000 to 320000

EXPERIENCE

** 12 months and above in any International technical voice based process

** Preferable Enterprise support

Skills  Required

** Excellent communication skills.
** Experience in interacting with global customers, (UK, US) will be an added advantage.
** Windows OS knowledge, Windows Server knowledge, IIS, Database and network related knowledge are the technical skills that are needed.
Should have Basic Knowledge in
** Operating systems
** Server Knowledge
** Networking Concepts
