US BANKING INBOUND PROCESS

· Payout: $5 / hour per agent (will be increased as per performance)

· Agents Required: 5 (will be increased as per performance)

· Shift Timings: 9.00 pm to 6.00 am IST (Payout provided on 8 hour basis)

· Working days per week: 5 (Monday to Friday)

· Expected remuneration per month: $4,400 x 45 = Rs. 1,98,000

· Payout: Monthly

· Contract Duration: 11 months (renewable)

· One time Registration charges during Sign-up: Rs. 2,00,000

· Royalty: 5% from billing.

· This is a pilot project.

· Online training/on site will be provided.

The signup is with Direct Client. The client is an Outsourcer with registered firm more than 4 years old and very good name in market. He will be giving payouts from his company account itself. Centers will be entertained on first come first serve basis as the project has to be started by 12th Nov 2010.
