Wanted Female Marketing Executive for a Fast growing company

We are looking out for recruiting a young Female Marketing Executive for our organization .

Global Realtors aims to provide competitive services in the real estate market, selling and managing residential and commercial property and providing various ancilliary services. The organisation strives for market leadership and is continually seeking to enhance its reputation among both the public and members of the industry for honesty, integrity and competence as real estate practitioners.

The company is now expanding rapidly with new projects and is looking to immediately recruit a Female Marketing Executive to work under the VP Marketing & Sales.

(Female candidates preferred)

As a marketing executive, your role is to sell our company's Real Estate and Property Management services to customers. As such, you have a very important part to play in your company's success. This position reports to the VP – Sales & Marketing. The ideal candidate will have the following: A college degree -- preferably in marketing or business.

Your typical activities will include (but not limited to the following):

·Responsible for arranging meetings with various builders and clients

·Liase with builders and various Banks and Financial institutions for alliances

·Achieve individual monthly / quarterly sales targets as set by management

·Contact Leads & Prospect, Follow up leads, conduct effective meetings and close deals

·You may also be involved with identifying new markets and business opportunities

·Making presentations and pitches to the corporates and HNI clients.

·Maintain a well groomed and business like appearance

Skills and Interests

·The ability and desire to sell and strong negotiation skills

·Excellent communication skills & presentation skills

·Fluency in English is a must

·Professional approach

·Strong commercial awareness

·Strong Interpersonal skills and pleasing outgoing personality

·A high degree of self-motivation and drive

·The ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Training

Training will be given in-house. Selling techniques, such as how to sell, how to deal with potential objections and how to close sales will be given.

Income

Starting salary will be Rs. 20,000/- per month. Your salary will be reviewed on the basis of performance and there is good potential to earn higher rewards as the company grows through bonuses, incentives, etc.
