3-acre Rs. 10,50,000/-.

MONTHLY RETURNS:-

Sangmeshwar:-

For investment of Rs. 1,25,000/- (1 acre land)

You will get Rs. 3,000/- regular monthly returns starting from 4th month from the date of purchase of land till 10 years. After 10th year, company shall buy-back the land for 1 CR.

For investment of Rs. 3,75,000/- (3 acre land)

You will get Rs. 6,000/- as regular monthly returns starting from 4th month from the date of purchase of land till 10 years. After 10th year, company shall buy-back the land for 3 CR.

For investment of Rs. 6,25,000/- (5 acre land)

You will get Rs. 10,000/- as regular monthly returns starting from 4th month from the date of purchase of land till 10 years. After 10th year, company shall buy-back the land for 5 CR.

Ozram-Sindhudurg:-

For investment of Rs. 3,50,000/- (3 acre land)

You will get Rs. 6,000/- regular monthly returns starting from 4th month from the date of purchase of land till 10 years. After 10th year, company shall buy-back the land for 2 CR.

For investment of Rs. 10, 50,000/- (5 acre land)

You will get Rs. 10,000/- as regular monthly returns starting from 4th month from the date of purchase of land till 10 years. After 10th year, company shall buy-back the land for 3 CR.

Terms & Conditions:-

1. Land will be registered/mortgaged on customer name only.

2. Company will be entering into an agreement with the customer for cultivation of the land for 10 years and buy-back the same land after 10 years.

3. Customer will be getting regular monthly income as stated above (starting from 4th month onwards).

4. Company will be using customer lands for agriculture purpose for growing crops.

5. Last date for purchase of lands will be May 25th of 2011 because after June rainy season starts and it is the proper time for harvest of the crops.
